About this course

This course describes the effectiveness of universal school-based randomized clinical trials for children and youth aimed at promoting psychosocial wellbeing, positive development, healthy lifestyle behaviors, and academic performance by improving emotional and social skills.

Objectives:

a. Describe the main features of interventions aimed at improving the wellbeing of youth.
b. Discuss the effectiveness of universal school-based randomized clinical trials for youth ages 0-17.
c. Describe “whole-school approaches.”
d. Name at least three interventions reviewed.
